Celebrating Women's History Month! The NMTC Women In Technology Peer Group invites you to join our Leadership Panel Discussion. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and be inspired by these exceptional leaders.

SPEAKERS:

Margret Bailey, Albuquerque Development Center Director, Rural Sourcing, Inc.
Margret Bailey brings more than  than 20 years of tech experience where she leads more than 150 colleagues as they develop applications for some of the country's largest and most respected brands. Before joining Rural Sourcing in 2017, Bailey worked for a number of large software companies including Thomson Reuters and America Online (AOL). She joined Rural Sourcing as a senior principal consultant where she lead the Database Practice area, focusing on database architecture, SQL programming, and reporting/data visualization across a number of platforms. She has a deep commitment to her clients and believes that Albuquerque is home to some of the most creative software developers in the country who deliver innovative solutions with speed and accuracy.
 
Julie Bonello, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Presbyterian Healthcare Services
Julie Bonello serves as senior vice president and chief information officer for Presbyterian Healthcare Services, a private, not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in New Mexico and the state’s largest provider of healthcare. Julie is charged with leading, managing and directing all Information Technology assets across Presbyterian’s health plan and delivery system, ensuring alignment with Presbyterian’s vision. A highly-effective leader with experience in healthcare information technology, operations, managed care, research and care delivery, Julie has held CIO positions with Rush Health, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital, Access Community Health Network, and Cook County Health and Hospital Systems. Julie received a master’s degree in computer science from DePaul University and a nursing degree from Rush University Medical Center.  She is a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO), a founding member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) organization and a CHIME Public Policy Committee member.
 
Lisa DeMille - Global Vice President, Solution Engineering, Salesforce
Lisa DeMille leads the Global Solution Engineering organization for Salesforce’s Public Sector Enterprise business unit where she is responsible for driving the vision and solution execution for Government agencies in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific - across all lines of Public Sector (Federal / State / Local, Councils, Defense, and Aerospace). Lisa joined Salesforce in 2013, where she has built and lead several engineering organizations and helped Global agencies develop strategic methods to modernize their IT portfolio, future-proof their technology roadmap, and transform both their business and customer experience.  Prior to joining Salesforce, Lisa was Director, Solution Consulting at Oracle Corporation, leading a team of solution engineers for Oracle’s Regulated Industries division – supporting it’s pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare lines of business in both the U.S. and Canadian markets.  In addition, she worked with product development to influence and help define key product roadmap requirements and industry certifications. In addition to her work at Salesforce, Lisa brings her insights and expertise to industry organizations AFCEA International and Women In Technology (WIT) and enjoys volunteering at various local Women’s groups and shelters.
 
Julie Quinn, Managing Partner and Marketplace Leader, Deloitte Consulting
Julie is an executive with 25+ years of experience leading large strategy, human capital, and technology transformation projects for state government and non-profit clients. She is the managing partner for the Deloitte Sacramento marketplace; working closely with Tax, Audit, Consulting and Advisory leaders to drive impact locally. Nationally, she also serves as the State, Local and Higher Ed sector Talent and Inclusion Leader responsible for driving initiatives in support of the thousands of staff across the country. Key areas of Julie’s expertise include strategic planning, organization design, change leadership, program development, business process redesign, program analysis and technology adoptions projects for state government agencies across the country. As a certified Project Management Professional Julie has worked with a wide range of government program areas, including: tax and revenue, unemployment insurance, retirement systems, natural resources, health and human services, and general administration and finance. As a native of Sacramento, Julie is very active in the community through her board positions with the Sacramento Children’s Home, City Year Sacramento, Capital Region Foundation, and United Way California Capital Region.
