Don’t miss the first in-person get together coinciding with celebrating the grand opening of New Mexico’s own New Collar Innovation Center and the International FAB16 Conference!
The Women in 3D Printing group will be celebrating innovation from the local to the global level! This is a rare opportunity to get in on what’s happening on the cutting edge of technology! The New Collar Innovation Center is the first of its kind in NM, fostering workforce training and entrepreneurship for what Ginny Rometty from IBM calls "New Collar" jobs.
For their monthly chapter meeting, you'll get to see the NCIC juried 3D Printing Art Show featuring an 8’ tall crowdsourced sculpture “Rosie the Riveter” made of 2600 parts 3D Printed by over 700 people and christened by Myth Buster’s Adam Savage, tours of the ground breaking facility, and stimulating conversations. NCIC Founder and Woman in Tech Thought Leader/Influencer Sarah Boisvert will join us to share this exciting moment and fill us in on what this means for New Mexico.
